Kimm is a program established in 2022 to support young men and women from Arab society with high academic potential. The program accompanies participants from high school, through an intensive transition year, to academic studies and integration into quality employment.

Supporting young men and women from Arab society with high potential, with the aim of promoting their integration into higher education and subsequently into quality employment tracks.
The three stages of the program:
The program consists of three linked and complementary phases: the introduction and identification phase, which focuses on identifying students with high potential and supporting them in formulating their academic and personal vision; the transition year phase, which provides participants with knowledge, life skills, and language skills, and provides them with tools for critical thinking and self-management, enabling safe and conscious progress toward academic life; and the academic phase, known as "Kimme in Academia," which includes ongoing support during the first years of academic studies, through skills development workshops, personal and group meetings, and activities that strengthen self-confidence, communication skills, and informed professional planning.
Established in academia
The support phase from the first year of studies to entering the job market. Includes personal mentoring, academic and emotional support, connection to university services, and preparation for a quality career. Continue reading
Phase Two – Intensive Transition Year
A full year of courses and workshops to prepare for academia and student life, develop critical thinking, group work, and social engagement. Participation is conditional on a full commitment to continue reading
First stage – 12th grade
Includes 8 short meetings to get to know the candidates, exposure to the academic world, visits to universities, and selection of participants suitable for the transition year. Continue reading
